Years ago,in Jamaica,we went to a beautiful garden,where I saw these orchids.There was also a ginger tree,from which a little branch was pulled off,by the caretaker there, and given to me.I brought the ginger to New York and put it in a champagne flute.
My ginger is still with me,a big plant by now......
