Here one of the books that belonged to my mother, besides Kaputt by Malaparte.She was living in Paris in 1948,after surviving Auschwitz.

Her sister in law moved to Zurich before the war and was living in Zurich,hiding Raoul Wallenberg,the "Hero",supposedly disappeared in 1944 in mysterious circumstances. Yes, Wallenberg, was in Zurich and then presumably in Krakow,for all I can gather......dispatched my mother,who managed to get there from Sweden,when released from Ravensbrueck in 1945 ,when she weighed 36 kilos,a walking skeleton,on an exchange of a number of Jewish prisoners for German soldiers .
